Do you handle mixed case orders that are smaller than a full pallet?

Yes. Mixed case work is a normal part of wholesale case distribution on this platform. Bring us a trailer full of cases and a list of buyer orders, and we will break the load into buyer ready pallets at the count we verify at the bumpers.

How quickly can a cross-dock transfer clear the platform?

When both the inbound and outbound appointments are confirmed for the same window, freight usually crosses the leveler plate in under two hours and never spends a night on the slab. We confirm both appointments the working day before.

Is there capacity for a new regional route stop?

Route capacity is limited and winter slots fill first. Send your stop address, typical pallet count and preferred receiving hours, and we will tell you honestly whether a slot is open in the current schedule.
